I enjoy cooking, photography, camping...in a cabin, boating, fishing. I like to ride bikes...well A bike...and walks in the woods or along the river at night. I enjoy a good movie, but if it's to curl up on the couch and rent one, count on me falling asleep! It just seems like that ALWAYS happens. I suppose if it's early enough in the evening and a movie type that I enjoy which are suspense, "chick flicks", mystery, scary movies, comedy; I suppose that would be ok. I dont care for sci-fi or fantasy. I haven't seen a lot of movies so if you are into a lot of movie references, chances are, I won't get it. I enjoy watching the Red Wings, especially at Play Off time!
The kind of man that I would like to meet, would be one that has children himself, as I have two daughters that are a HUGE part of my life. I left the "wants children" as undecided/open, because I am certainly open and welcome the fact that if you have a child/children (I would have had more if I could have), but I don't think I want to bring any more into the world. If you don't have children, it would be fantastic if you agreed on my saying of "accept me, accept my children". I would really like to meet someone who is a widower, as I am one. If the drama of your child's mother is VERY minimal to non-existant, that would be great too. A sense of humor is a huge plus, and I don't care how silly things get, I love to laugh and smile...if your heart isn't light, and can't laugh or even appreciate the small things in life, it sure makes life a little tougher.
I have a ton of patience and you should too. If you are rough and rigid in temper, it might conflict with my easy going, soft, kind-hearted nature. It doesn't take the world to impress me, as a simple wink sends butterflies fluttering in my heart. Simple, quality time is truly what I enjoy most, because it's the simple things in life that I love best. Life is just to short too miss out on those special little moments.
Don't get me wrong here...I am not very long winded...it took me a few days to think about what to write the above information, and a few profound moments to spill it out.

Someone that can make ANYONE smile or laugh when they are feeling down, so I would guess to say a sense of humor. Someone that enjoys the simplest things. Can be awed by a beatiful sunrise or the way the moon can light the night.
