I'm a recreation supervisor who enjoys the challenge of working with diverse populations. I spend a lot of time with children and teenagers, which can be rewarding but also mentally draining.

I'm a single parent and devoted to providing the right home enviroment for my 5 year old son. We attend church weekly and participate in community activities. I work very hard at my job and at home and like to relax at the end of the day, as opposed to during the day. My roles keep me busy, and I'm guilty at times of investing more into the lives of other people than myself, so I have to remind myself to take care of "me" as well. I'm currently making a serious effort to return to an active lifestyle. I enjoy sports, especially basketball, track and football. I played basketball at UNT and am a big fan of college hoops.

I consider myself introverted but am incredibly friendly and comedic around those who know me best. I value honesty and responsibility in myself and others. As far as relationships, whether serious or social, I'm interested in a person who's serious about the direction of his life. I don't think I have a "type" - I'm really easy-going and enjoy the journey getting to know new people.

I would like to get married someday, but it's not like I'm anxious to check it off my to-do list by next month.

I don't think I have a type, but honesty is the number one factor for me. I don't want to know the "first impression" you - I want to know your normal self. I don't rush into serious relationships, so I really like to get to know someone before I start thinking about how attracted I am and planning the rest of our lives after a few dates.
