I am a soft spoken southerner from Texas, Georgia, and NC. I eat healthy food most of the time (I shop at Whole Foods), I exercise fairly regularly, I take pride in my appearance, and I am in very good health. As a result of my healthy lifestyle, I look, sound, and act much younger than my actual age, which is 60 and not 56 as stated in my profile.

I am a one-on-one person (and a one-man woman), who enjoys doing things as a couple; such as, traveling, taking day trips, walking, dancing, dining out, movies, working on computers, or just being together in (and taking care of) a nice home. I don't enjoy loud places and parties. I am financially secure and the man in my life must be also. I sincerely appreciate being treated like a lady, whether I’m in jeans or formal wear. I love to hold hands, cuddle, and show the man in my life how much I appreciate him.

I'm looking for a clean cut, clean-shaven, intelligent, classy man with integrity who has similar personality qualities and enjoys some of the same types of activities. I want a man who can learn from and appreciate my intelligence, abilities, and life's experiences; a best friend and lover who I can lean on and learn from who will make me want to become a better person.

I am a Christian woman and God is the foundation of my life. I do not attend any church on a regular basis, because I feel that churches restrict what the true meaning of being a Christian represents. For me, God is everywhere and is in every situation in my life. The man in my life would also have to be a Christian.

Although we would all like to think if we found the perfect match that the relationship with them would be without difficulties and challenges, most of us have learned that’s only true in the movies. No one is perfect and no relationship is perfect. It is essential that you are emotionally mature and have the ability to feel empathy so we can work through any differences and uncomfortable situations that may arise in a healthy manner. Sharing our feelings and concerns with each other using open, honest communication and mutual respect will give us an opportunity to create the deep emotional connection that we are both looking for in a lifetime partner.
