I have worked, studied, and raised three children who have been in my sole custody
without any support since 1973. I have suffered a little in my body on account of my effort, but am still sound in body, mind and spirit, and I am now alone and invite your company. I enjoy walking, dining with
pleasant company, attend plays in Stratford,
travel the countryside, and go to Daytona,
Florida for a stay at my timeshare there. I
like walking the beach to the sound of the ocean. I write, and review other writer's
work as well as various Art. I enjoy
christian messages over watching sports on TV. I like staying in shape and be mindful
of my temple of God. I am not too great
when it comes to cooking and cleaning etc. because I have done enough of that.
God has been in my heart since 1973 and
I can't change that for anyone. I enjoy anything musical within reason. I would like to meet someone who can share my belief with me, and is gentle and loving,
family oriented and loyal, and does not have stressful expectations of me. I
am interested to participate in activities important to my long-term partner. Harmony
is important to me, and I would like my partner to be understanding, patient, and
refrain from rubbing me the wrong way. I
am quite accomplished and have made quite an effort to develop my mind, and
believe "one's aging body should not rule a still sound and active mind". I believe in loving my neighbor as I do myself, and I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I like my potential partner to be in awe of all of God's creation, including have an acceptance of my three now adult independent, unbelieving children on the basis that God is not
finished with them yet. Be accepting of the philosophy "I AM OK YOU ARE OK' as
expressed in a book by that title. The book "BLACK LIKE ME" is also worth reading. I am a gentle person and need
my partner to be likewise inclined. I do not have a car and am residing in a retirement residence chosen for me by my daughter
on a temporary basis. My children are not accepting of me to stay with them and that is alright with me. My Dad who lived till age 92 inspires my lifestyle, he remarried after MOM had long past, at the age of 84. I
come from a German background and a family of twelve children, loyally attended to by both of my parents.
I am 5'2" tall, have an average, curvy body.

short hair. I dress to suit the various occasions, and believe that you can not judge a book by its cover, our attractiveness is intended to attract a mate,
but our mind developped by one's background, upbringing, experiences,
education and beliefs are much more
important than our facade.
