Hi,
I am a PhD student studying exercise physiology/ medicine. I am striving to help others through God's work. I have a strong interest in health promotion and would like to help improve the quality of other people's lives.
I also love children and have taught school for 4 years.
My favorite hobbies are exercise and fitness, swimming, traveling, and music. This is the first time I have joined one of these groups so I am excited about meeting new people here.

My idea of first date would be for the gentleman to pick me up and open the car door for me. I really appreciate those little details. I would want to go to a really nice restaurant where we could just really talk and find out each other?s interests. It would be nice to talk awhile about our background and how much we have in common. We would also have a really nice meal. A candlelit dinner would be very nice. Then, maybe we could go to a movie or to a beach where we could stroll along the sand (if close by).

There are a lot of things that I have always wanted to try. These include skiing, snow boarding, parasailing, scuba diving, and water skiing. I have also always wanted to travel to another country where I could live for awhile and get exposed to a new culture. Japan or China would be ideal places to travel to for a few months. It would be nice to live among the general population instead of just seeing the tourist areas.

My goal in life is to work with athletes at The Olympic Training Center at Colorado Springs as an exercise physiologist. I would work to improve sports performance of athletes competing in many sports. I am a very competitive athlete and would enjoy working to help other athletes improve. I would also like to work in the medical field as an exercise physiologist and help improve the quality of patients' lives. I also would like to raise a wonderful family.

Како замишљам добру забаву

My idea of fun is traveling to a new place and exploring all the new sites. I have traveled many places across the country, and I would really enjoy traveling to New Zealand or Japan. I especially like having fun at the beach. I love the water and spending time strolling along the sand especially at sunset. I also enjoy going to the movies, spending time with friends, and being outdoors.

I look for many qualities in a gentleman. First of all, I look for someone with strong Christian values who is very caring, compassionate, and thoughtful. Personality and caring are probably the first two things I look at. I really appreciate a gentleman who treats a woman very compassionately and can be supportive. Those little things like opening a door really matter to me. I guess I have some old fashioned values. I have a wide range of interests. I also look at athleticism and intelligence. Being an athlete, athleticism would somewhat allow us to have a common interest. Also, I enjoy being with gentlemen who enjoy working with or helping children.
