Passion and excitement

Ik beschrijf mezelf als:

Passion is one of the most important things in my life. Whatever I do, I put my whole heart into it. My life-long search to know God more is one such example of something I pour my heart into. I'm also a fervent seeker of absolute truth, and find satisfaction in solidifying the building blocks of my life with unshakable truth. This in particular applies to God's truth and how it applies in everyday life, but also extends to other areas of life. As a result of my educational background, I have a meticulous, mathematical mind, and, while seemingly bland to some, affords me a rigorous appreciation of the majesty of God and the splendor of his creation.

Of course, there's much more to me as well. One of my most compelling characteristics is my penchant for dreaming and my imaginative mind. I suppose I'm a little kid at heart that never stopped seeing shapes in clouds and vibrancy amidst monotony. In a sense that actually describes a lot of who I am pretty well. Every day is a new chance to make myself (and others!) laugh and embark on adventures, whether or not there really are any to be had. This enthusiasm bubbles over into many activities in my life, such as sport, especially soccer. I'm actually pretty competitive when I play, another result of my unrelenting passion.

In regards to the person I'd like to meet on here, I suppose it's anyone who's read everything I've had to say and hasn't ventured elsewhere! Basically I'm looking for someone that loves my odd combination of fiery passion, intellect, sense of humour, exuberance for life. And of course, above all that, loves God more than anything else.

Starting off with a nice dinner is always good. I'm quite the cook, but the first date I probably wouldn't cook - I need to keep my big guns for later dates! Then some sort of fun outing like a movie or dancing, and finished off by a time to talk and get to know each other better, perhaps on a walk or over coffee or something.

Mijn Doel In Het Leven Is

Well my ultimate goal in life is to live a life pleasing to God. That goal drives everything else I do and is really at the heart of my life.
Ancillary to that, however, I have always wanted to create video games, ever since I was 8 years old. And sure, that might be kind of geeky, but you can't fight passion. I've worked extremely hard from that point until now, and have just recently been hired as a full-time game designer. So you might say that goal is pretty much fulfilled. However, someday I'd like to make my own game development company as my ultimate career goal.

Life is an adventure. Therefore I like doing pretty much anything and everything, just to keep things interesting! But when I'm not charting the unknown, I like sports, especially soccer, and doing anything in social groups. Whether that's playing games or even bowling, I'll be having a good time. Of course, the more relaxed side of me also quite enjoys a night at home with a good movie or book. I pretty much run the full spectrum of fun.

Basically, the combination of the above qualities. Someone who has a good sense of humour is important. You don't necessarily need to be funny yourself, as long as you laugh at my jokes! (But between you and me, that's usually not too difficult :) ) Also, it may seem shallow, but good looks are important to me. You don't need to be a supermodel or anything, but if I happened to glance your way I want to have to take a double-take just to make sure you're as attractive as I first thought. Beyond that, I like people who are spontaneous and fun, but also intellectual and deep. Beyond anything else, I'm looking for someone who loves God more than anything else.
