Rusty Old Banger

Jeg beskriver mig selv som

Rusty but reliable and loveable old banger. >200k miles on the clock. Upholstery a little tatty, but comfortable. Engine splutters a bit but runs quite nicely once you get it going. Looking for a careful female driver to share good times on the open road. Sold as seen.

I'm about to have my first poetry collection published.

Swim every morning, play golf, have two hilarious nieces (4 and 2) and a nephew on the way too. Babysitting my nieces is the most fun and most tiring thing I do. Also a half decent photographer albeit I don't pick up my camera very often these days.

These are a few of my fave things.

I should say something about my faith I suppose. It hangs by a thread, but it is there. I was brought up in the C of E and I firmly believe in the values I learned from my parents and at Church. I sometimes look at the world and find it impossible to understand how God cannot be - and other times not so much. Check out the Bob Dylan song Every Grain of Sand - that pretty much sums it up for me as well as being a really beautiful piece of music.

I write poetry and I'm about to be published. I play golf and am a decent enough photographer. I love spending time with friends and family. I enjoy cooking and also eating out. A bit of a whisky lover and real ale too. Love life generally.
