Cocktails in some quaint area of town, walk to a quiet dinner, then out for some dancing or pub games/live music afterward if things were going well.

Praying with a partner - so that you really felt you were supporting each other's efforts to attain heaven, and live as God desires. But while we're here racing cars/motorcycles or getting a dirt bike would sure be a kick :-).

Dancing, singing, live music, mma, fireworks, parades, marching bands, fishing, target practice with my slingshot, travelling the back roads/roadtrips, walks in the forest, or on the beach, rock climbing, playing in streams, darts, billiards, scrabble, Sunday services, wrestling/tickling the kids, dressing up fancy, reading Dr. Seuss "with the funny voices Momma", reading in bed, snuggling, thunderstorms, organizing things, driving, motorcycles, working on engines, building things, renovating houses, sewing-especially costumes, writing, drawing/pen & ink, making pottery, making mixed media pieces, wandering in hardware stores, trying to play the harmonica, taking pictures - especially when the subject is unaware, surprising people, being romantic, and sassy...

Confidence, good with children, fun, has quality friends, family important to them, takes care of self, nurturing, and lives in the here and now (emotional baggage not an issue please!). I'm just making friends and dating, but open to commitment if it led to that -- no rush!
