The Bible is the holy and perfect Word of God in the exact form as we have it today. The more I understand this, the more I am ashamed of my wicked heart, and the more I realize how much Jesus loved His children, and HOW POWERFUL HE IS!!!

I love football, worship, political/philosophical/religious discussions, epistemilogical/eschatalogical debates, trying to sound smart by using big words... :) In a nutshell, I love to talk AND to listen. It wasn't always the case, but I happen to feel that the last part is WAY more important.

God has a plan for me, and I hope my vision is in line with His. I feel called to full-time ministry, but for the time being, I work as a draftsman/project engineer for my father's commercial HVAC construction company. I've been told all of life is ministry anyway, and he who is faithful in little will be given much, so I'm trusting His path right now.

Why am I using this site? I'm a firm believer that God is not conventional (although He can be), and no matter what happens here, I will most likely be able to strengthen and encourage my sisters in Christ... hopefully The One is on here too. In the interests of full disclosure, I should say that I decided for God about who she was before, and my selfishness caused me a lot of pain. In plain english, I'm no longer a virgin, and I have never been married. I know that means a lot to some people, so I'm being up front about it... it was six years ago.

I would love to take a girl fishing. Mon idée du fun

Playing outdoor sports, dinner and dancing (ballroom or club... I'm at least mildly skilled at both), going to concerts (secular and CCM), FISHING FISHING FISHING and ICE FISHING too! Golf, tennis, going for a walk that takes all night because neither person wants to stop learning about the other one... anything that involves fellowhsip with another Christian.

How can I find boldness and passiveness attractive? Because they are representative of a woman who will let me lead a Godly relationship in a dignified manner worthy of her affection, and yet be capable of always holding me to that standard when I don't feel like putting forth the effort. In order to properly do that, she must have, as an example before her, a strong and secure relationship with her Holy Father. With those cornerstones in place, the foundation cannot fail. But I need to be honest too... my relationship with God is in a constant state of refining too, so those things will fall into place in God's perfect timing. And in order for romantic relationship to occur, there has to be a great deal of physical attraction as well. But that CANNOT be awakened until two are one... this is something we can talk about as we get to know each other.
