least 2 to 3 times a week and also participating in mountain-biking races. I enjoy nature and outdoor living. I am presently running a family business and enjoying life. I am trying to live in a close relationship with God and attending church at least once a week.

It is important for me to live and eat healthy and will find me on a regular basis in the gym or doing mountainbike racing.
