Hello my name is Karen and I am a recent widow. I live in Central California and my two adult children recently moved in with me...they felt their Mom needed company I guess...what I desire is a friend who is equally yoked in faith, life goals, and family. I've served in so many ministries of church it begins to sound like a resume! My favorite areas are Music, Women's Ministries, Sunday School Teacher, and it goes on and on...the greatest positon I've ever held is wife/mother. I have been widowed twice in the last 19 years. I'm not sure why God chose to bring my husbands home but he has. I'm sure it was for the greater good of others and God has and does support me through all the sadness in my life...yet I have such joy for the Lord and I experience this joy daily.I love to laugh and sing and I'm vivacious when it comes to sharing my joy for life! I pray God will direct me to that special someone to share the love, joy, happiness, and ZEST for life God has given me. I pray that there will be a special someone in my life that shares my desire to serve the Lord and to be open our home as a sanctuary tfor others. My greatest joys are always in the serving others and I believe God has given me a great heart for this. I am looking for a friend first and lets see where God directs us in taking the next step in a relationship. Мој савршен први састанак

My first date would be would be a gentleman at all times. Perhaps meet me at the local Starbucks Coffee or Peetes Coffee. He would open up and share himself with me, telling me where he went to school and some of the highlights of his school/college years. He would tell me about where he was in his walk with the Lord, what God has taught him and what goals he might be seeking. He would be kind and tell me stories of family and the antics of what it was like growing up in his family. He would share with me stories of his past and enjoy describing the best/worst times. He would ask all the same questions of me and want to hear what my life was like and what goals I seek and where I'm at in my walk with the Lord. The day would end with an invite to share a Sunday morning worship together and a warm embrace.

I enjoy having church friends/family over and singing/praising the Lord sharing in His Word, Praying and enjoying a good meal together. Love to play miniture golf, and arcade games. I like to bowel, Love to go out to dinner and a good movie. I love to have romanitc dinners at home and cuddle up for a good DVD. I love BBQ's with family and friends. Also like to play cards and board games. I love to share my home with family and friends enjoying the sounds of children playing, people laughing and singing. I love to travel and see new things and create new adventures. I love camping and fishiing, boating and being in the outdoors. I love LIFE, and all that entails living life to it's fullest!

I'm looking for a mate who is keen on being healthy and fit, and will help me on my goals of becoming healthy and fit. One who is intelligent, that has a good sense of self, who can be bold when necessary, has great skills and can comfortablely design, and build something for the house or backyard, who is a handyman of sorts, One who is firtatious and witty, and possesess a great sense of humor, and can be spontaneous at times.
