I Would Describe Myself As

I am interest in meeting a lady with the intent of finding a wife. I do not wish to mislead anyone so I am going to be as frank as possible about myself and what I am looking for. While I have dated in the past, I have never had a serious relation before. This is partly because I was pursuing other things in my life and partly because I was not mature enough at the time. I have been working on myself and growing emotionally to the point where I feel I can introduce this into my life. I am not interested in dating just to date, but am only interested in meeting a women that could lead to permanent relationship. I am a devout Christian and will only consider ladies who have made Jesus Christ the Lord of their lives. I am very interested in having children someday and so would have to meet a lady that also wants children. I don't smoke or drink. I am completely game free and will not waste your time.

I am one of those nice guys. I try to be kind and considerate of other and often try to look at things from another person's point of view. I'm very mellow and patience so I seldom get angry or re-act negatively. I don't often talk much at first. Once I do break my silence, I'm typically upbeat, funny (I think so anyway) and goofy. I really love to have fun conversions and deep conversions, in fact it is one of the things I look for when I meet someone. I like to talk about movies, cartoons and the little things in life. I like to talk about intellectual things such as ethics, theology, history and so forth. What you can expect in a relationship with me is to be around someone that is really easy to get along with. Someone who is kind, thoughtful, still likes to be kid once in a while and will talk with you about everything that interests you.

On the deeper side of life, I try to be logical and mature. They might be right when they say that chivalry is dead, but I still try to live up to it. When I am given a job to perform, I try to do the best I can because I am doing it for someone else. One of the best lessons that my Dad passed on to me is that if you are going to do something, then do it, don't just halfway do it. I try to be totally honest and never lie. I do my best to take responsibility for myself and my actions, even when the consequences are unpleasant. I try to own up to my mistakes and put on my bravest face to deal with the hard things in life. I try to be aware of my short comings and work to correct them. I have flaws and failures in me, but I am doing my best to overcome them and be an honorable man.

For my interests, I would have to say I am a bit of a geek. I am familier with computers and I work in a technical support center. I used to really be into video games, but not as much now. I still play once in a while when I feel like it. I love to read classic literature. I enjoy watching movies from most genres and like to veg out in from of the TV once in a while. I love to learn so I tend to watch the discovery channel and wish I still had the History channel. A couple years ago I started working out regularly and so I am in good shape. I am typically doing something 5-6 days a week and enjoy being active. I watch what I eat and keep a healthy diet. I started taking Muay Thai Kickboxing lessons a few months ago. I love to go on walks and go hiking but seldom do because I don't have anyone to go with. I have taken a interest in Biblical apologetics and creationism. I like to study the Bible, but I also want to learn more about how it was written, the cultural contexts of the stories and the original languages. I am very involved with my Church. I am part of a Bible study group after the Sunday service. I also go to Wednesday night service and sometimes Monday Prayer. A few other random things I like are the mountains, animals, oriental food, pinochle and sleeping in.
