Just me and don't know how to be anyone else. I'm the same today as I'll be tomorrow. I'm honest & faithful. Like staying positive & avoid being around negative people or situations. I'm not afraid to face up to "stuff" but mostly that makes me nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs!

I like to laugh, joke & pull pranks on folks...so look out. I want the positive effects of laughter and joy in my life.

I am a little lonely for companionship but content and happy with where God has me so I'm not desperate.

Up front info...at this time, I am raising my nine year old grandson who is a really good child. I've had him since he was three, calls me Mom. I'm not sure if I will be the one to finish his raising but it’s not impossible. He loves NASCAR, (so do I) basket ball, fishing (so do I) and wants to preach when he grows up, even does a little now, too cute.

I have so much love to offer a godly man and his family, love that is good & pure. Need someone to spoil.

I love to cook and do family meals and holidays with family & friends. Really enjoy getting together for chats and laughter, just sharing life in general. You laugh...I laugh. You cry...I'll sure help you shed those tears. Guess I'm to tender hearted for my own good.

I just do not like trying to sell myself but I felt these where things that you may want to know. If you need or just want to know anything else about me just ask, I have nothing to hide but the skeletons in my closet..."Don't worry, just kidding, you can look in there too". (Sorry about the mess). Nothing to hide at all." You are welcome to ask questions about my divorce or whatever you are curious about.

I'm looking for a friend first, someone that really loves God & is dedicated to living for Him & family. If someday we become more than friends that would be nice too.

Simple things please me but I come with a WARNING, "I'm just me, nothing more, nothing less." (Well, maybe a little more.)

Maybe going out to eat at a place we could sit and talk after the meal so we can get to know each other a little. Not asking or getting asked to many questions, just learning things in general about each other.

From my heart, I love the Lord & want to please Him first. I'm not a religious fanatic but I've found out that if I put Him first everything else comes in the correct order it should & things balance out. My goal is to treat other people like I want to be treated regardless of their race, creed, looks, size or social standing.
To be kind & fair to all. I speak at ladies meetings & my goal for that is to help women (& men) that have been through storms to walk in faith & not make horrible mistakes because they are desperate. And, I just want to be the best me I can.

Sitting on the porch with a glass of tea & a good friend. Cooking a meal & having friends over. Holidays with family & friends at my house. Flea markets & some yard sales or thrift stores. (Surprise, not a Walmart or Mall gal.) Book & a fire. Cookouts. Walking the beach or wade out & fish. Laughing and making others laugh.

As far as looks, anyone would be lying if they said that didn't matter but for me it's not the all important thing. I can't expect what I can't give in that area. Scars on the outside or physical defects don't effect me like the ones on the inside. I try to see people for what and who they truly are. I believe beauty comes from the inside. I'd like to meet someone that is kind, thoughtful and considers the feelings of others because that's how I am. I don't mind a sense of humor because that's how I am too.
