Jeg beskriver mig selv som

I am a worship leader, writer, and music teacher. I love so many things about life: people, singing around a campfire, taking my nieces and nephews on "Aunt Kate dates," looking at the tiny lines on leaves. My faith is very important to me but in a surprised by hope kind of way as opposed to rote religion. I was a touring musician for 12 years and was part of a collaborative called Enter the Worship Circle. Now I teach music lessons for my main living which is a really fun job! I also play at weddings and locally. I have been in something like 35 weddings (mostly playing music) so it would be nice to go to my own some day. I am also a writer; I have one published book on prolonged singleness and just finished a book on healing our thought life. That being said, I have no idea if a semicolon was the right thing to put in that last sentence. :) I am very interested in intentional community and have lived in several communities throughout the US. I have also traveled extensively especially when I was touring. I went to Europe 7 times and have also been to Brazil, Russia, India, and Thailand. I love kids so much, my friends with kids call me the "Kindergarten Rock Star." I also am really good at sticking quarters to my forehead. It is a stellar party trick. I love to hike and bike...I have slept outside for over 6 months of my life. I also love to take hip hop dance classes. I have a full life but would love to find a partner and possibly start a family to make it even more beautiful.

I am kind of a foodie so I love a good restaurant. I also love the outdoors so a hike or bike ride would be great. I love to dance! If that is your thing that would be a great second or third date.
