Ich würde mich selbst beschreiben als

HI! I'm the proud mom of three lovely girls, and grandma to an adorable 4-year-old boy...I would like to meet someone who is just interested in friendship for now. I love music, just about any kind...one of my daughters has a band, a Christian rock band, so, I am used to teenagers, and actually enjoy having them around! :) I love animals, and nature, even camping...but, camping, to me, is better if there are clean bathrooms and shower facilities available, and the fewer mosquitoes, the better! ;) I am a good cook, but I have to admit, it is not my favorite thing to do! I love traveling, taking walks, going to movies and concerts, and hockey (it's my favorite spectator sport)! My girls mean the world to me...they come second only to God...so, anyone I would "date" would have to get along well with them. I have two certifications in education, as well as an MBA, but I have found my most rewarding role as a mom. I am educated, but definitely not an intellectual snob. One thing I would love to do someday is write a book, but I don't know if I have the attention span to do that! My favorite food is a fresh salad, and good chocolate is always welcome! I do not drink or smoke, and would prefer someone who does neither, although an occassional social drink is okay...cigarette smoke is nasty...I love my friends, and believe I am a good friend. I can be outgoing, but I really have to work at socializing in large groups. I have ADD, so don't expect someone who is organized and focused...it's never a dull moment around here..and I lose my keys a quite often! I try to do the right things, but, I'm not perfect...and I realize that no one else is either (except my Lord and Savior, Jesus, of course). I like the country, the city, and small towns...don't care for the suburbs, although that is how I would describe where I currently live. I like museums, history, art, music, fishing, playing games, picnics, amusement parks, quiet evenings, country music, and Josh Groban...quite a wide variety of things! :) I like men who are at least as tall as me...5'6"...I love a great smile and kind eyes! You don't have to be rich...but gainfully employed is a must! Sorry...no losers who can't hold down a job...just says something about a person's character...and yes...I do consider raising children to be a full-time career for any mom!
