About me... wow I dont even know where to start. I am honest and blunt I am transparent and wear my heart and mind on my sleeve. This hasnt always made me friends but it has always allowed people to know where I stand.
I am a conservative reformed presbyterian. What does this mean? This means I believe in the regulative principle of worship, I believe in the traditional roles of men and women in life, marriage, and the church. I believe we as parents (or future parents) are responsible for the raising and educating of our children, not daycare, or the school system, or anyone else. It is for this reason I intend on homeschooling my children. It means I agree with the 5 points of calvinism. It means I believe in the baptism of our children as a sign and seal of the covenant of grace.
I am laid back, I love to laugh and make people laugh. I like to have a good time in fact I am lauging and making jokes more often than not (despite the stereotypes often associated with the above views and despite popular opinion the ability to have conservative views and be fun and laid back in other areas are not mutually exclusive thoughts). I love to read and watch movies. I write poetry. I play games and go dancing and singing in the rain. I pretend to play guitar and can be passable with most of the popular 3 chord wonders. I love volleyball and woodworking even though I dont do either of them nearly as often as I should or would like to.
I am a studier, a thinker, a listener, and a joker. The best place on the earth to be, in my opinion, is the beach and there is no place better to read or write poetry. Someday I hope to live on the coast.
But most importantly of all that, I am a sinner saved by the grace of God alone through His mercy passed to me, a completely unworthy and dead vessel. By this I am counted as His child, adopted and brought into the loving arms of Christ and will forever be protected and comforted in the eternal inheritance of Heaven.

It would be something simple, like meeting for a light dinner or coffee. If its spring/summer/fall maybe go for a walk or do something outside on a nice evening to enjoy the weather.

My goals include getting married and raising a family in the fear and admonition of the Lord; Being involved in a local congregation of the church and using the gifts God has blessed me with to His glory; living in a coastal town (dont really have a geographical preference right now but probably northern east coast like MD or MA or ME), right on the ocean would be great.
I also am currently working at becoming a CSS and web page design guru... I will let you know how that goes :-p

How I enjoy my leisure time depends on if its summer or winter. In the summer I love being outside and will usually spend time at the local coffee shop reading or if I can find a pickup volleyball/basketball/soccer/Frisbee match of one sort or another I will happily jump in. In the winter I tend to stay inside more (not a big cold weather person) and either read or play around on my computer I am usually playing through one game or another (yes I do play computer games but they are not a priority)
Regardless of time of year I am a big movie person and love watching them. My ideal lazy saturday is watching a movie or two :-D
I also enjoy mountain biking, even though I am quite out of shape at the moment lol.

I am looking for ... whatever God has. It has been truly my desire to be married for many years but at the same time I am not looking merely for a wife I am looking for a friend (more on this below).
