I Would Describe Myself As

Hi,
I'm a 27 year old girl who loves life and is seeking the Lord's will. I admit that I am a little leery of dating sites, but I am willing to give this a try. I grew up in a christian home and attend church regularly. I accepted the Lord Jesus when I was 3. I know that sounds young, but I can remember it perfectly and knew even at that age that I needed to be saved. I am looking for someone who puts God first in his life and is open to His leading. Someone to be the spiritual leader in the relationship. I'll be honest, I have very high standards, but I only plan on being with one person for the rest of my life. That's probably why I'm still single, haha. Seriously though, it has been very discouraging to realize that there is such a generation gap in our local churches, at least where I am located. Finding someone anywhere near my age who loves the Lord seems to be an impossible feat. So here I am...

I have lived in Florida almost my entire life and absolutely love it. I love to laugh and have a great, if not quirky, sense of humor.
I love music and play the piano. I enjoy sewing, crafting and spending time outdoors (especially at the beach).
I also enjoy learning about and experiencing other cultures. Throw in a little history too, and I'm a happy camper.
I'm all for adventure, but I do like sitting down with a good book or relaxing with a great movie also.
I'm a hopeless romantic...
Cooking (and baking) is becoming quite the passion of mine, much to the demise of some of my family's waistlines. :o)
Spending time with friends and family is very important to me. I love kids and have been a teacher for several years and can't imagine doing anything else.
