I have been described by my family and friends as a caring, honest, thoughtful, dependable and trusting individual.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends and their families.
I attended Bible College and obtained a degree in Christian Education. I had planned on further education and earning a degree in nursing and do overseas missions. Although the latter did not happen I still have a desire to go overseas -short term missions, should the opportunity arise.
I thoroughly enjoy watching Hockey (Canucks & Detroit) and NASCAR (8 & 20) on my way to Martinsville Oct '07 & Canucks vs. Hurricanes in N.C., Football, Baseball / Softball (Fastpitch), Soccer either live or on t.v.
I enjoy being active either walking, jogging, golfing, hiking, camping, travelling, sight seeing, leisurely drives (ending who know where). I can be spontaneous and will try anything at least once.
I am ready for a long-term relationship and share the love that I have to that special person.

A first date would need to be something that is mutually agreed upon. However, I would like to do something active (ie golf, live sporting event, walk, musuem, amusement park). Or the all famous 'going for coffee' although I don't drink coffee :)

White Water Rafting - planned for Sept '07, Zip-Lines - done July '07 in Whistler (so much fun), Ski-Diving, Bungee Jumping (sort of)

Anything that includes being with my family and friends. Could be as simple as watching a movie together, getting together for dinner and a movie, golfing (always a laugh or two there), skating, camping or a day trip somewhere, amusement parks, the zoo, hiking...
Also love to be spontaneous and given the chance I will try anything at least once. I do have a sense of adventure - do you?
