I put my career first the past 12 years and have been successful. My mom developed cancer and I made the decision to leave my job and take care of her. I realized during this 4 months how important life and family is and I have changed some of my priorities :) I want to spend time with finding my best friend and develop something special with them; enjoy life and what it has to offer to the fullest. I think you have to be friends first,and develop from there.

I am not into games, won't lie to you, cheat on you, or need to borrow money from you. I am not clingy (unless it's a scary movie) nor will I be dependant on you in an unhealthy way. I think it's important to relax and enjoy life. I love going to concerts and enjoy music and just lose myself in the music. TV and movies are a great stress reliever for me; i've been known to cry because it touches me. I am the glass is half full and try to help my friends and family be positive. I love being near water even though I sunburn in 10 minutes. I love animals and "my kids" make me laugh everyday in their own furry way. I love taking pictures (no i am not a professional photographer) and enjoy people watching and nature.

I believe you have to communicate openly and honestly if you want to grow in a relationship. I also believe that you should laugh every day with one another; because you don't know what tomorrow may bring. Start as friends, have fun dating and see if it can grow into something special.

Isn't that what it's all about. Be there for each other in the good times and the bad times and gain wisdom along the way; and most of all, try to have fun. I want to be that couple you see holding hands as they walk through the park in their 70's...still very much in love.
