To go to a romantic restaurant, spend lots of time getting to know my date, who hopefully would be witty, funny and very romantic. Then end the evening with a stroll on the beach or a nice walk anywhere and maybe curling up on the sofa with a nice bottle of wine.

Going for a nice long trail ride with good friends. But when I don't have horses, love to go to movies, dine out, visit new places, hike, ride a motorcycle with a good lookin' man, take long weekends and stay at a Bed and Breakfast and a nice quiet evening at home with someone special.
