I Would Describe Myself As
I am a Christian. I believe in God and Jesus Christ, and He is the most important person in my life. Because of that, church and relationships with other Christians are very important. I want to please Him in everything that I do, no matter if it is public or private. I also serve in church and give back wherever I can.
I love to spend time with family and friends. My daughters are the two most important people in my life and I love to talk with them and spend time with them. My friends are also important and I always try to be with them, help them, encourage them, and generally socialize with them. Being a very outgoing and social person makes this much easier for me, and I need to have good, nurturing relationships.
I'm a very straight-forward person, and I've been told that I'm very open and transparent - I don't hide my personality or my thoughts. I'm easy going and get along well with people. I love making new friends, and I like to spend time in one-on-one conversations really learning about people. I tend to be optimistic in most things.
I love a wide variety of movies and music - I like action movies and sci-fi like Rambo and the Matrix, real-life dramas like The Patriot, and the occasional chick-flick. My favourite is Legally Blonde. I like worship music, as it is part of my faith in Jesus and brings me closer to Him, and I also like rock-and-roll, blues, hip-hop, swing, and disco. I will listen to some classical music, I don't listen to it often when I have a choice, but I used to play piano and I still love Edvard Grieg's "In the Hall of the Mountain King".
I work as a financial manager for a local entity of a global corporation, and people know me for my hard work, honesty, positive attitude, and being calm no matter the situation.
