I was told 3 years ago that I would never run again when docs discovered a degenerative spinal condition....but I now do triathlon and train 6-7 days a week. I did my first Ironman in 2011, in honour of my dad and to create awareness of autism.... I love to laugh...that belly-ache laughter that leaves you crying...
