Я бы описал(а) себя как

I'm really worthless when it comes to things like this, but a dear friend persuaded me to go forward with it anyway.

So... to begin with I am a single African American male who has experienced 54 years of life but still maintains a youthful, active and energenic outlook and lifestyle...and I'm told I have a very hansome and youthful appearance.  Physically I'm fit...kind of a medium / slim physique and stand at 6 foot even.  Naturally curly hair with the requisite amount of salt to pepper.

I enjoy a wide array of activities. And for the record I don't drink, smoke or do drugs of any kind (nor do I allow drama in my life...except for on TV) I'm not the wild party animal some consider men to be.  I hope that this is not a deal breaker but I try to live a "wholesome" lifestyle.  

I'm a person that enjoys the simple things in life...a long walk in the park in the evening, stargazing in the forrest or desert at night, people watching at the mall, the beach and of course amusement parks.   But I'm not opposed to a day trips or trips that are even more extravagant. I want to visit any far away tropical exotic local one day soon.

I like to read.  Scifi and conspiracy stories are some that I like.  And of course, seeing as I am a beginning bass player I like music. But not so much the meaningless commercial stuff you hear today.  I'm a little more old school... a lttle jazz and funk, some R and B.  And of course gospel. I even like classical.

There is so much more that I could tell you  about my self...but if I do that we'll deny ourselves the opportunity to discover one another in person.

So you ask, why am I here.   Because I'm looking for some one.  I could argue that most people meet their partners in high school or college.  Some are lucky enough to meet them at church or the work place.  I wasn't so lucky....which is a story for another time.

I work in construction which limits my access to meet people (female people) seeing as I work with a bunch of guys.  At church just about everyone's taken.  So here I am....looking for a like minded individual.

I'm looking for that one to get to know so that we can see if we have that attraction and that chemistry that will pave the way to a lasting, exciting, satisfying and fulfilling relationship
