I am looking for a best friend with whom I can share my family & all our quirkiness, with whom I can trust my life, with whom I can share my interests and learn about yours, with whom I can be honest and who will be honest with me, with whom I can have fun and be serious, with whom I can do life with all its twists and turns. I love having intelligent conversations that challenge me. I love to laugh so being able to make me laugh is important as well. I love my family and I love all sorts of science beginning with Biology and ending with Physics. I enjoy meeting new people. I enjoy my animals including my dog and 3 cats. I love growing plants especially orchids. I enjoy being outdoors walking with my best friend but I am not a work-out nut. I am looking for a best friend with options of possibly moving to something more serious. I am honest, trustworthy and value the same qualities in my partner. I like watching TV and have a continuously moving bent toward conservatism. I like quiet evenings at home and live music at a local watering hole. I love steak dinners with family & friends. I love watching University of Texas Longhorn football, University of Michigan Wolverine football, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Texas Rangers. I am not a girly girl and find I am much more comfortable in dressed-up jeans & flats...I wear said outfits to church so I should be able to wear them just about everywhere. Ok, y'all...I don't mean to be witchy, but I'm pretty much an old fashioned girl...y'all are gonna have to make the first move...in terms of conversation...and anything else...I think I pretty much answered this question in my intro...And most probably, I will not be the first to begin a conversation...EVER!!! I'm more of an old-fashioned girl who is really reluctant to try this forum, but I am doing so because I am too busy & am seldom in places where I can meet new people. I will not share my email address or cell phone number...after all, it's not recommended...Please understand, I am trying to be very safe in this venue & I expect you to honor & appreciate that effort...to put it into perspective, what would you advise your daughter to do if she were on a site such as this???
